Love AMAN !! Wish i can afford to stay at AMAN all over the world. I was lucky enough to stay at Amanoi in VN. The views were amazing. The resort was built inside a National park next to the Vinh Hy Bay

Stayed at 3 of the lodges... loved it. Half way around the world in the Himalayas staying in these lux lodges with maybe 16 other people were 4 people that lived less than 100 miles away from my home in Tennessee... The world is small!

Totally overrated, been there and its ridiculously expensive for the view and quality of their services and the furnishing and finishes are typical of most cheaper resorts, many rooms looks like the set of porn movies from the 70's, no wonder it is frequented by suspicious rich men with them boys.

Worst aman experience. Would have prefer Royal Mansour Marrakech over this crap.

Chiang Mai is a better version of Ubud. Bali is great, it's just too crowded and too polluted. In Thailand the roads are nice and wide and you also don't have people shoving their items trying to scam you for money

At what month the beach is at their calmest..? I heard off season is not swimmable

Watching a video of banwa private island resort,it cam match amanpulo in it beauty and serenity,only they differ in size.amanpulo is way bigger w/c is why it has a lot more beautiful.villas and places to visit and enjoy.banwa and amanpulo are majestic in its own way and they both are in.palawan.👏👍

Sure but so many of those floors are empty.

For the ones saying it's outdated, Amanpulo is one of the first Aman resorts, being built in 1993. Keeping its prestige after all these years, it's to be appreciated. It's an oasis only a few can enjoy and appreciate.

You can indeed compare Amanpulo to the Ritz in Maldives, as they are on par in terms of cost and fall under the luxury resorts category. Based on my experience, however, Amanpulo's hotel interior and food are subpar compared to other luxury resorts I've visited, like the Ritz in Maldives. Nonetheless, in terms of the beach itself, Amanpulo is on my top list: it is very serene, with the finest white sand, and the water's color and clarity are superb.

How inspirational and outstanding little island paradise part of the Phillipines archipelago. The lagoon looks so inviting to swim, snorkel, etc, etc. The rooms are impeccable, so clean, as should be, climate controlled, plush bedding, toiletries/amenities are there for one's comfort, nice thick towels. Did the rooms have a mini bar/fridge with bottled water, juices, sodas, beers courtesy of the house or one has to pay for it separate? Thanks for sharing this super outstanding resort to vacation with family/loved ones or just a treat for yourself 1 week to disconnect from the cruel, toxic, hectic world out there.
